Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
TP23 Advisory provides professional consulting and advisory services. Under Australian Consumer Law, clients are entitled to a remedy if services are not delivered with due care and skill, or do not meet the agreed purpose.

Business Structure:
TP23 is a trading name of Sleep Wellness Institute Pty Ltd and is also traded under Infinity Solutions Pty Ltd, which ordinarily acts as the invoicing entity.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or credits may be provided if:

• We fail to deliver services as agreed in a confirmed proposal, AND
• You notify us in writing within 14 days of the service delivery date.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Change of mind or change in business circumstances does not entitle a refund.
• Completed workshops, sessions, or advisory services are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations of workshops/offsites with less than 14 days’ notice may incur up to 50% of the agreed fee.
• Sessions may be rescheduled by mutual agreement.

5. Remedies
Where services are not delivered as promised, TP23 Advisory may offer:

• Re-performance of the service,
• A credit toward future services, or
• A partial or full refund, in line with ACL requirements.
